1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the provision of football coaching services ("Services") offered by EPM Elite ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

1.2 Any individual who participates in our Services, either directly or as a parent or guardian of a child participant, will be referred to as "the Participant", "you", "your".

**2. Acceptance of Terms**

2.1 By using our Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to check this page regularly to keep up to date with any changes.

**3. Registration and Fees**

3.1 Participants are required to register before using our Services.

3.2 The fees for our Services are displayed on our website and may vary depending on the type of session (1-2-1 or group) and duration.

3.3 Payment of fees is due in advance of the session, and all fees are non-refundable except as stated in these Terms.

**4. Eligibility**

4.1 Our Services are available for children aged between 5 and 21 years.

4.2 It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that their child is physically fit and able to participate in our Services.

**5. Image Consent and Release**

5.1 By accepting these Terms, you grant the Company, and those acting under its authority, the unrestricted right and permission to copyright, use, and publish photographic portraits, pictures, videos, or images of the Participant, or in which the Participant may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations, in conjunction with the Participant's own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.

5.2 You release and discharge the Company, its agents, representatives, employees and any third parties acting under its authority, from any claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the use, exploitation, or distribution of these images.

5.3 You understand and agree that the Participant will not receive any compensation, now or in the future, in connection with the use of these images.

**6. Health and Safety**

6.1 We take health and safety very seriously. Our coaches are fully trained in health and safety protocols.

6.2 It is important that Participants wear appropriate clothing and footwear for football coaching sessions.

6.3 Parents or guardians must notify us of any medical conditions that could affect the child's participation in our Services.

**7. Cancellation Policy**

7.1 Cancellations made by the Participant within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged at full price.

7.2 If the Company must cancel a session, an alternative session will be offered, or a full refund will be provided.

**8. Code of Conduct**

8.1 All Participants are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct. This includes showing respect for coaches, fellow Participants, and the facilities.

8.2 Any Participant who fails to comply with the Code of Conduct may be excluded from the Services, and no refund will be provided.

**9. Liability**

9.1 The Company is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property which may occur during our Services,

except to the extent caused by our negligence.

9.2 The Company is not liable for any injury or damage caused by a Participant's failure to follow our safety guidelines or instructions from the coaches.

**10. Data Protection**

10.1 The Company will process personal data in compliance with the applicable data protection laws in the UK.

**11. Governing Law**

11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
